Converted for track use under previous ownership, the Viper was acquired by its current owner in 2024 and sent to Fall-Line Motorsports in Buffalo Grove, Illinois, for recommissioning. The work was completed, but the car was not raced afterward.

Its Avery Gloss Cloudy Blue wrap is set off by white stripes, a vented hood, front canards, side skirts, a rear diffuser, and an adjustable rear wing. A polycarbonate rear window, headlight filler panels, hood pins, tow hooks, and exposed rear-fender hardware reinforce the competition-focused setup.

Eighteen-inch OZ Racing Challenge HLT wheels wear 315/30 front and 335/30 rear Hoosier slicks, while Penske coilovers with remote reservoirs manage the suspension. The brake fluid and control-arm bushings were renewed in March 2024, and the mounted tires were replaced that May.

Inside are Kirkey fixed-back seats, five-point harnesses, a Teamtech window net, a six-point cage with SFI-certified padding, and a fire-suppression system. A Sparco steering wheel faces a mix of factory and aftermarket gauges, and a QuickCar switch panel controls the cooling fans and fluid pumps. There is no odometer, so total chassis mileage is unknown.

The 8.0-liter V10 was factory rated at 450 horsepower and 490 lb-ft of torque. It is fitted with a carbon-fiber airbox, dual K&N filters, a Canton coolant reservoir, a cowl-mounted kill switch, and heat-wrapped tubular headers, with power sent through a Tremec T-56 six-speed manual and limited-slip differential.

March 2024 service included coolant, spark plugs, the drive belt, fuel cell, and transmission and differential fluids; frame repairs followed in April. A spare set of 17-inch three-piece wheels with Hoosier tires is included. The Carfax report notes salvage and rebuilt title issuances and one open recall.

The app was a lifesaver today at the DMV. When they had our company name recorded incorrectly, I was able to immediately pull up the scanned registration document, show them the correct information, and get the issue resolved on the spot.
